Sr. Product Manager, AFX - Sales Planning Tools
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a rapidly growing cloud platform seeking a talented Sr. Product Manager for their Sales Planning Tools team. The role involves leading the development of global, enterprise-grade web-based sales planning products and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive efficiency and effectiveness in AWS's sales operations.

Responsibilities
Develop product strategy and product definition
Define and manage multi-year product roadmap, including introduction of agentic transformation
Capture, document, and communicate business product requirements
Translate requirements into features and user stories. Drive technical team understanding of requirements
Manage technical build against business requirements. Provide thought leadership with engineering on implementation
Collaborate with and influence key stakeholders from Global AWS Sales and Sales Operations teams and other System and Application teams across SMGS
Lead document development for leadership reviews
Own project status updates to customers, stakeholders, and leadership
Plan and conduct user testing
Drive change management and adoption of solution across AWS Sales and Sales Operations
Manage post-launch activities (user support, new feature development, etc.)
Establish KPIs, identify gaps, and improve performance and adoption of the platform
Deep dive problems or opportunity areas and propose solutions to address
Generate new ideas to drive improvement, efficiency and automation across AWS Sales that will enable AWS to scale and grow
Qualification
Required
5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience as a product manager or owner
Experience owning technology products
Preferred
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
Master's degree or equivalent
Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment
Experience with developing products and features for the sales and marketing space
