Responsibilities
Develop and execute product promotional campaigns from concept through implementation, collaborating with product managers and field sales
Manage the Product Management Internal Webspace, including program calendars, line cards, social content, and training materials
Lead internal and external product communications across HQ, sales channels, zones, and regions
Coordinate B2B campaigns using defined processes and planning calendars to drive awareness and sales
Oversee supplier and internal advertising programs, including processes, reporting, and financial coordination
Utilize Salesforce, Cloud, and MicroStrategy to track campaign performance and inform decisions
Support event strategy, planning, and execution for product launches and sales engagement
Build metrics-driven processes using data to guide decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field with 3+ years of experience leading creative initiatives
Proven ability to develop and execute strategies from concept to completion, managing internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Cloud), data analytics tools, and various communication channels
Strong analytical mindset with experience building metrics-driven processes
Creative, adaptable self-starter with excellent project management, communication, and relationship-building skills
