Responsibilities
Set and execute the regional vision for Total Lab Diagnostic Solutions
Lead complex consulting engagements from strategy through implementation
Guide and develop high-performing automation and informatics teams
Drive measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and performance
Stay ahead of diagnostics, automation, and digital health trends
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Medical/Clinical Laboratory Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Experience leading people or field-based consulting teams
5+ years in clinical laboratory, diagnostics, or IVD environments
5+ years in healthcare consulting, Total Lab solution design, or digital transformation
Expertise in lab workflow optimization, automation, and informatics
Ability to travel up to 50%
Preferred
Master's degree (MBA, MHA, MPH)
Strong knowledge of U.S. diagnostics trends and regulations
Experience with LIS/LIMS, middleware, connectivity, and automation
Executive presence with strong strategic acumen
