Responsibilities
Design and execute CRISPR-based gene editing experiments
Develop and implement cloning strategies to generate constructs and cell lines
Perform genotyping, PCR-based assays, and sequence analysis for validation
Design synthetic DNA and RNA sequences for experimental workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure data for AI model training
Apply molecular biology techniques to study cellular and molecular systems
Document experimental procedures and results with high accuracy and clarity
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in CRISPR technology and gene editing workflows
Strong experience with cloning, genotyping, and PCR-based assays
Strong background in sequence design and molecular screening strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Strong analytical skills for interpreting molecular and cellular data
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in remote environments
Degree in Molecular Biology, Biology, or a related field
