Responsibilities
The BIM/VDC Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating virtual design and construction activities, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring project deliverables are met
Mixed bag of work which will entail - office, retail, tenant build outs, hospitals, medical labs, schools, data centers, clean rooms etc
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
Experience in virtual design and construction
Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Trimble SysQue, Revizto, Fabrication CADmep)
Ability to collaborate with diverse project teams
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Knowledge of construction processes and standards
Preferred
Experience with project management tools is a plus
