Talent Development Manager

Responsibilities
Own and evolve the company onboarding experience, ensuring new hires build context on the business, culture, and how we work
Facilitate engaging learning experiences, including onboarding sessions, enterprise training, and leadership development workshops
Iterate on and scale existing training programs, improving content, structure, and delivery based on feedback and organizational needs
Support the development of manager and leadership capability by helping deliver leadership development programs and manager training
Facilitate company-wide forums such as All Hands, coordinating speakers, managing run-of-show, and ensuring an engaging and organized experience
Track and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and impact
Partner cross-functionally with HRBPs, leaders, and functional teams to ensure learning programs support the company’s evolving needs
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field
Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to confidently engage both small groups and large audiences
Experience designing and delivering management training programs
Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging learning experiences
Strong program management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Comfortable collaborating with senior leaders and facilitating discussions across different levels of the organization
Preferred
Experience working in fast-paced or scaling organizations
