Bechtel Corporation is a global leader in engineering and construction, seeking qualified candidates for Non-Field Engineering opportunities. Professionals in this role will support the planning, design, analysis, and technical delivery of complex projects across Bechtel’s global portfolio.

Responsibilities
Perform engineering analysis, design, and technical evaluations
Develop, review, and coordinate engineering deliverables, calculations, and technical documentation
Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, project management, construction, and procurement teams
Support resolution of technical issues, constructability considerations, and risk evaluations
Participate in design reviews, technical studies, and compliance activities
Provide technical guidance or mentorship appropriate to role level
For senior or management roles, lead discipline scope, provide technical oversight, manage resources, and support engineering strategy and governance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
Experience supporting engineering design, analysis, or technical delivery on industrial, infrastructure, energy, or large capital projects is beneficial
Candidates must have the right to work and remain in the United States without sponsorship, where applicable to assignment
