Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of standardized application development processes for the global Google Data Center (GDC) organization
Enable the collection of critical path process metrics from Tech Optimization and Platform Solutions (TOPS) managed systems
Aid in the development and implementation of a horizontal customer engagement process to efficiently triage, prioritize, and route feedback from TOPS stakeholders and system users
Support the establishment of a GDC process and systems architecture framework to enable strategic prioritization and decision-making related to process re-engineering and system development programs
Provide technical program management support for GDC operational domains (e.g., data center operations, CSRM) as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience in program management
Experience with data analytics and process
Experience managing the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Preferred
3 years of experience in technical program management, managing all phases of a project and leading daily activities
3 years of program management experience redefining the process, designing business solutions through lean project management
2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Knowledge of data centers, cloud operations, facilities management, engineering and construction
Ability to work with engineering for product implementation to deliver business tools and systems
