This internship offers hands-on experience in tax compliance, providing interns with opportunities to work on real-world projects and gain exposure to various tax systems under the mentorship of experienced professionals.

Responsibilities
Work within a cross-functional tax department, with a core focus on either Domestic or International Tax compliance
Assignments will include working on analysis, preparing federal forms 1120, 8858, 5471 and various state income tax returns
Support state team in the estimated tax payment process by preparing calculations and related payment requisition forms
Assist with special projects, including tax planning transactions
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance or tax
Demonstrated academic success
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Strong organizational skills
Ability to analyze and manage complex information and data
Attention to detail and self-review
Work independently and in a team
Computer proficiency with MS Office
