Responsibilities
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing Enterprise Operations (EO) Supply Chain execution
Serves as a liaison between the EO Global Supply Chain Vice President, Business Area (BA) Supply Chain organizations and additional cross-functional key stakeholders
Coordinates with internal stakeholders to identify gaps and pain points within the organization and takes steps to facilitate the development of enterprise solutions
Facilitates prioritization of EO Global Supply Chain Vice President needs back to the Supply Chain Council, GSCO, and BA leaders
Works closely on Supply Chain Strategy Transformation efforts in support of execution and ongoing executive leadership alignment
Provides executive level support for critical customer engagements and industry wide issues
Facilitates and negotiates agreed-to solutions
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal skills capable of working in a fast-paced environment across all levels of management and customer organizations
Highly skilled at executive level communications
Supply Chain experience within one or more BAs and have aspirations to be a senior leader within SC in the future
Represents EO Global Supply Chain Vice President's perspective to drive process improvements/efficiencies in areas such as Supply Chain Strategy, Supply Chain Council execution, Supplier Performance Management and continuous standardization and improvement across the enterprise
Able to identify opportunities, constructively navigate controversial issues, and influence senior management on relevant topics
Deals with abstract issues and develop associated plans and strategies to address. Utilizes problem solving and intervention techniques to assist with resolution of organizational issues
Facilitates and negotiates agreed-to solutions
