Responsibilities
Organize and migrate product marketing content into a centralized repository
Apply basic tagging and metadata to support search and AI-assisted reuse
Convert existing materials into structured, AI‑ready formats
Identify outdated or duplicate assets for review
Support documentation and testing of AI‑enabled marketing workflows
Adhere to internal branding, confidentiality, and compliance guidelines
Qualification
Required
Experience with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams)
Actively enrolled in an accredited university or college, pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to structure information clearly and concisely for different audiences
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Comfortable asking questions and seeking guidance when needed
Commitment to professional development
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Passion for technology, innovation, and storytelling
Preferred
Interest in B2B marketing, technology, cybersecurity, or digital identity
Familiarity with basic marketing concepts (positioning, messaging, buyer personas) or demonstrated experience in marketing
