Responsibilities
Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting product requirements
Support the product team in defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications
Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and basic data analysis to inform product decisions
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives
Help track and report on product metrics and feature adoption
Identify opportunities for product improvements based on user feedback and data
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and how technical teams operate
Strong curiosity and self-motivation — eager to learn and dig into complex problems
Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Basic analytical skills and comfort working with data (Excel, SQL, or analytics tools is a plus)
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Preferred
Prior internship or project experience in product management, business analysis, or software development
Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Notion
Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
Interest in AI/tech products
