Member Benefits Consultant
AO Globe Life is hiring professionals to work directly with credit union members who have already requested information about their benefit options. This role involves meeting with clients via scheduled Zoom consultations, explaining benefit options, and guiding them through the enrollment process while maintaining organized records and compliance standards.

Responsibilities
Meet with credit union members via scheduled Zoom consultations
Ask the right questions to understand each client’s needs
Explain benefit options in a clear, straightforward way
Walk clients through enrollment from start to finish
Handle follow-ups, client questions, and policy updates
Maintain organized digital records and documentation
Stay compliant with company and regulatory standards
Participate in weekly training, coaching, and team calls
Qualification
Required
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must be physically located in the U.S
Reliable internet connection
Windows-based laptop or desktop with webcam
Preferred
Candidates with customer service, sales, or advising backgrounds (helpful, not required)
