They are seeking a Vice President of Supply Chain to build and scale a resilient supply chain capability supporting high-growth manufacturing and operational deployment.

Responsibilities
Build and lead company-wide supply chain operations
Develop sourcing strategies across electronics, components, manufacturing materials, and operational equipment
Establish supplier relationships and negotiate commercial agreements
Support domestic manufacturing expansion and operational scaling initiatives
Improve inventory visibility, forecasting, procurement discipline, and operational planning
Develop supply chain resilience strategies and reduce operational bottlenecks
Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to support production readiness
Drive ERP and operational systems integration related to procurement and inventory management
Support quality assurance and supplier qualification processes
Qualification
Required
Significant supply chain leadership experience within aerospace, defense, electronics, manufacturing, robotics, or industrial sectors
Experience scaling supply chain operations in fast-growth environments
Strong operational execution capability
Experience with ERP systems, procurement systems, and inventory planning
Strong commercial negotiation and supplier management experience
Ability to balance strategic planning with practical execution
Preferred
Experience supporting manufacturing scale-up strongly preferred
