Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable full stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies
Build and maintain event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka
Develop AI-enabled workflows and intelligent agents using ADK / Agentic AI frameworks
Integrate APIs, microservices, and real-time streaming platforms
Work with financial systems handling high-volume transactions and sensitive data
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and infrastructure teams
Optimize application performance, resiliency, and security
Participate in code reviews, CI/CD processes, and production deployments
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis
Strong Full Stack development experience
Hands-on expertise with Apache Kafka
Hands-on expertise with Kafka Streams / Kafka Connect
Hands-on expertise with Microservices architecture
Hands-on expertise with REST APIs
Hands-on expertise with Distributed systems
Experience with ADK (Agent Development Kit) / AI agent frameworks
Strong backend development skills in Java / Python / Node.js
Frontend experience with React.js / Angular / Vue.js
Database experience with PostgreSQL / MongoDB / Oracle / SQL Server
Cloud exposure with AWS / Azure / GCP
CI/CD and containerization experience with Docker
CI/CD and containerization experience with Kubernetes
CI/CD and containerization experience with Jenkins / GitHub Actions
Prior experience in Banking
Prior experience in Capital Markets
Prior experience in Payments
Prior experience in Trading Platforms
Prior experience in Financial Risk Systems
Prior experience in Regulatory or Compliance-driven environments
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in fast-paced enterprise environments
Self-driven and capable of handling ownership independently
