Responsibilities
Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and design solutions that meet business needs
Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and best practices are followed
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Salesforce platform and custom applications
Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork
Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to perform at their best
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Salesforce application development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
Knowledge of Salesforce platform administration, configuration, and customization
Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules
Familiarity with Salesforce-related technologies such as Salesforce APIs and web services
Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals
Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to help employees grow and develop professionally and focus on Career Management
8-10 years of work experience in relevant field
B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
