The role involves educating individuals and families on foundational financial concepts and guiding them in implementing personalized financial strategies.

Responsibilities
Connect with individuals and families who are open to improving their financial situation
Educate clients on foundational financial concepts such as budgeting, debt management, and long-term planning
Assist in gathering information to complete a financial needs analysis
Work alongside licensed professionals to develop and present personalized financial strategies
Guide clients through implementing those strategies by helping them get plans started and properly set up
Attend virtual training sessions and mentorship calls to develop your knowledge and skillset
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
Coachable and open to mentorship
Interest in personal finance, entrepreneurship, or helping others
Must be able to pass a background check (required for licensing)
