Senior Manager, Salesforce Delivery

They are seeking a Senior Manager, Salesforce Delivery to lead the execution of the Salesforce roadmap across a complex enterprise environment, focusing on improving operational delivery and modernizing the organization’s CRM ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Lead delivery of the Salesforce roadmap across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
Translate priorities into sprint-level execution across multiple workstreams
Review stories for readiness, dependencies, and downstream system impact
Own the health and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines
Monitor code coverage, release quality, and deployment stability
Track platform health including API limits, governor limits, and maintenance windows
Guide technical design decisions and help reduce technical debt
Partner with architecture and identity teams on integrations and platform alignment
Enforce non-functional requirements related to security, compliance, and performance
Manage the planning and impact of Salesforce seasonal releases
Lead, coach, and develop developers, admins, release engineers, and architects
Support incident response, escalation management, and post-incident follow-up
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and renewal planning
Qualification
Required
7+ years of technical leadership experience in software engineering
3+ years of Salesforce Service Cloud configuration, development, or implementation experience
2+ years of Salesforce Experience Cloud experience
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce CI/CD and release management experience
Strong experience with Copado, Git, source-format deployments, and automated testing pipelines
At least one active, highly technical Salesforce certification
Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and executive stakeholders
Willingness to travel 10–20% as needed
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related engineering field
Experience with AgentForce or AI-enabled automation in Salesforce
Familiarity with MuleSoft, Okta, ADFS, or related identity/integration platforms
Active Trailhead profile showing continued learning
Experience improving Salesforce data quality and governance
Background in complex, regulated environments, ideally financial services
