Responsibilities
Help clients protect their legacy and future through mortgage protection and life insurance
Obtain clients through a state of the art lead generation system
Follow up on the family's request for more information and meet clients virtually
Assist in obtaining a license if not already licensed
Teach new sales agents how to communicate effectively with clients
Qualification
Required
Proven history of leadership/management: You have a proven background in building and managing within a business development role
Strong work ethic: You recognize the value of hard work and what it takes to achieve your financial goals
High integrity: You uphold high standards of professionalism and ethics
Excellent communication and presentation skills
