Our Next Energy (ONE) is seeking a Summer intern to lead various projects within IT, HR, and Operations. The intern will be responsible for validating IT asset inventory, managing employee electronic files, and launching the asset tagging process, among other tasks.

Responsibilities

Validate and update IT asset inventory
Audit and categorize surplus IT equipment
Develop draft user documentation for common processes
Perform wipe/reset process on returned computers to prepare the units for redeployment
Manage employee electronic files in the HRIS
Maintain COBRA enrollments
Launch asset tagging process
