Responsibilities
Supports stakeholders with financial analysis, project management, reporting, and measuring of data/statistics
Develops tools using Excel and/or Access skills to implement, track, and report the performance metrics for facility supply expense improvements
Interprets financial trends and business/economic forecasts in relation to the performance metrics and provides recommendations to leadership
Consults and advises stakeholders regarding contract impact
Assists in development of internal controls and validation of supply chain rebates
Assists in development, analysis, and evaluation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), quotes, bids, and reverse auction contracting strategies
Qualification
Required
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
Preferred
A Bachelor's degree
1 year of professional experience and/or an internship
Professional working proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace applications (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc)
