Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop our Sales and Customer Service teams day-to-day — building accountability, engagement, and helping to maintain our strong, vibrant culture
Dig into operations, workflows, and data to spot inefficiencies and drive real improvements
Use metrics to make decisions — on routing, staffing, process, and performance
Partner with company leadership on strategy, team goals, and long-term growth
Own the customer escalation process and make sure every interaction reflects who we are
Build recognition and retention initiatives that keep great people around
Qualification
Required
3–7 years of customer service or sales experience, including some team leadership
Consultative sales mindset — no cold calling, no pressure tactics, just relationship-driven service
Strong analytical thinking — you like data and know how to use it!
A natural coach who gets excited about helping others level up
Clear, confident communicator who's also genuinely down to earth
Comfortable in a collaborative, family-oriented environment where your work actually matters
