The role involves developing financial models, participating in investment meetings, managing transaction databases, and conducting industry research.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain financial models for use in evaluating potential investments using Argus Enterprise and Excel
Participate in investment meetings, tracking and reporting on investment pipeline activities
Build and manage transaction databases for industrial assets across all of our active markets
Support the team through the deal execution and due diligence process; and
Conduct industry research and assist in preparation of memos, presentations and reports for management as required
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, with a focus on Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical skills and the ability to multi-task
Assertive self-starter and strong communicator with a positive attitude
Strong work ethic, high level of attention to detail and desire to consistently over-deliver
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
Preferred
Prior relevant work or extra-curricular experience in real estate, finance, or investments
