Responsibilities

Oversee specific technical aspects of interior projects, from assessment through coordinated solutions and documentation
Provide professional consultation during planning and execution phases of projects, supporting design intent and project outcomes
Independently apply advanced interior design concepts and develop improved methods, tools, and solutions as needed
Guide less experienced staff and may manage portions of project teams, support mentorship and knowledge sharing
Analyze complex design issues and develop actionable insights and recommendations
Maintain robust communication with all project stakeholders to ensure coordination, quality, and consistency
Participate in marketing initiatives to promote the firm, as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in interior architecture or interior design (or equivalent)
5 years of professional experience in interior design or a related field
Advanced proficiency with design and modeling software (e.g., Revit, Miro, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite) and strong documentation / presentation capability
Proven leadership and mentorship abilities; experience managing complex or large-scale project components
NCIDQ certified (interest in earning additional specialty certifications is preferred as well)
