The IT Operations Intern will provide support and customer service to end users, learn technical systems, and participate in cybersecurity initiatives while gaining valuable experience in the sports and entertainment industry.

Responsibilities
Provide tier one triage and support for Hollywood Park employees
Maintain IT inventory of both hardware and software. Process new and returned equipment dealing with repairs and imaging
Learn event and gameday technologies, processes and setup
Support Incident Response Efforts and Cybersecurity alert mitigation
Contribute to Cybersecurity Initiatives, review overall posture and discuss ideas with cybersecurity team
Hardware and software troubleshooting
Network and systems troubleshooting

Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a college or university program as a junior, senior, recently graduated, or master's degree student
Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or similar area of study
Must be able to travel to the YouTube Theater and SoFi Stadium offices in Inglewood, CA at least 2-3 times per week
