Responsibilities
Drive Execution Quality: Oversee delivery across mixed-shore teams, maintaining high standards for sequencing and momentum. Proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become blockers
Partner on Roadmap Strategy: Collaborate with Product to pressure-test priorities and surface dependencies. Ensure customer signals are reflected in a plan that respects the realities of AI-augmented development
Apply Adaptive Methodologies: Act as a hybrid practitioner across Agile, Kanban, and Six Sigma. Select and adapt the right framework based on the team’s current journey and project requirements
Lead Decision-Driven Reviews: Orchestrate program reviews with cross-functional leadership, providing the metrics and recommendations necessary to move projects forward
Continuous Process Evolution: Partner with engineering leadership to refine how the team plans and iterates, specifically optimizing workflows for an AI-augmented development cycle
Qualification
Required
6+ years of technical project/program management experience within a software engineering environment
Undergraduate degree in a technical/STEM field or equivalent professional experience
Preferred
Active, hands-on experience using AI-augmented development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, LLM-based workflows) in your professional or personal projects
Ability to engage substantively in technical discussions and 'push back' on engineering estimates or architectures where necessary
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear, actionable priorities
Excellence in translating technical status into business impact for executive audiences and stakeholders
Deep proficiency in Jira (dashboards, workflows, configuration) and familiarity with tools like Smartsheet or Productboard
PMP or equivalent project management certification
