Responsibilities
You will contribute to the delivery of global planning and design strategies by aligning workplace solutions with business objectives
You will lead and support space planning initiatives, translating business needs into efficient, functional, and well-designed environments
You will ensure high-quality, compliant design outcomes that meet corporate standards, life safety, and accessibility requirements
You will support the execution of complex, multi-region projects from concept through construction, including stakeholder coordination and approvals
You will drive operational efficiency through effective furniture planning, asset management, and accurate portfolio data tracking
You will partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver consistent, scalable design solutions across the portfolio
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree PLUS 5 (five) years' experience in Interior Design or Architecture
Expertise in workplace space planning, including test fits and furniture layouts
Experience across all phases of workplace projects (programming, SD, DD, CD, CA)
Experience with furniture specification and procurement
Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Excel
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and graphic)
Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data and drawings
Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
