4+ years expPlacement By Design, Inc. is seeking an experienced Interior Designer for a Tenant Development Project Coordinator or Project Manager role. The successful candidate will oversee and manage commercial interior design projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while working closely with clients and team members.

Responsibilities
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly project deadlines and scheduling
Deliver and track client production work
Complete ongoing training with other design team members
CAD work / delegation / supervision of team’s production work (including as-builts, space plans, pricing plans, construction documents, marketing plans, lease exhibits, square footage calculations, file translations)
Review of others’ production work
Field verification
Finish selections and palette presentations, both virtually and in-person
Research (including code compliance, finishes, products and materials)
Vendor / consultant coordination
Interaction and correspondence with multiple clients
BOMA square footage calculations and charts
Independent decision making with guidance from senior management as required
Independent management of portfolio of buildings and / or corporate projects
If registered, sealing and signing of construction drawings
Qualification
Required
4+ years of relevant work experience in Tenant Development REQUIRED
Must have 4-10 years of Tenant Development experience in the USA
Must be a US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or current Employment Authorization Document Holder with NO visa sponsorships required now or in the future
Preferred
4-year accredited interior design degree preferred
Adobe Suites capabilities a plus
Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Microsoft Office 365, and Bluebeam
