Project Management Analyst 4
Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is seeking a Project Management Analyst to support the Propulsion Directorate. The role involves providing program management support in accordance with defense acquisition guidance and serving as an adviser to government personnel throughout the acquisition life-cycle.

Responsibilities
Assist in the development of:
Documentation of acquisition strategies
Program documentation as identified in AFI 63-101/20-101, Integrated Life Cycle Management
Statements of Work or Performance Work Statements and other Request for Proposal documents
Support:
Technical evaluation of program proposals
Identification, analysis, mitigation development, and monitoring of program risks, issues, and opportunities
Development and analysis of program Integrated Master Schedules
Analysis of program cost performance (Earned Value Management) and implementation of corrective actions
Qualification
Required
Active SECRET clearance with ability to obtain TOP SECRET with SCI (TS/SCI) clearance
10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field, four (4) of those years must be in DoD Acquisition Programs; or eight (8) years relevant experience with Masters in related field, three (3) of those years must be in DoD Acquisition Programs; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience, eight (8) of those years must be in DoD Acquisition Programs
Broad knowledge and demonstrated application of DoD and Air Force program management policies and procedures on an ACAT Ill or higher modification program on a major weapon system
Ability to work effectively both independently and a part of a collaborative team
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Preferred
Propulsion Experience
Comprehensive experience developing and maintaining spreadsheets for tracking and analysis
Knowledge of: Propulsion systems in support of subsystem definition, development, integration, and testing
Requirements development and verification methods to include review of ICD, sustainment, T&E, system architectures, and airworthiness certification across a wide range of hardware and software systems
Policies and practices of systems acquisition and program management as defined in Department of Defense Instruction 5000.02 and Air Force Instruction 63-101/20-101
Experience with: Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) development and validation
Reviewing and/or developing AF Form 1067 (Modification Proposals)
Fielding new and updated aircraft systems
