Responsibilities
Performs consultations for clients seeking expert advice for their Kitchen and Bath projects
Educates encourages and sells product and project solutions to customers related to design projects
Balances the drive to close sales with a big-picture understanding of margin and profitability goals
Maintain accurate and detailed project/meeting notes and drawings
Produce layouts through applicable design software (2020, etc.)
Responsible for one's own order entries, contract agreements, delivery schedules, and follow-up
May produce design work for commercial or residential projects
Qualification
Required
5 to 7 years of experience in the Kitchen & Bath Design field
Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or related field
Experience with 20/20 design software or AutoCAD is required
Must have the ability to learn specific manufacturer's product software
Highly skilled in design estimating, sales, and the ability to deal with contractors, architects, and homeowners
The ability to see a project from design conception to completion is necessary
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential
A passion for quality and attention to detail is a must
