Responsibilities
Edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X
Create engaging finance and recruiting-focused video content using captions, hooks, transitions, B-roll, and sound design
Turn podcasts, interviews, recruiting advice, and finance concepts into social-first content
Collaborate with the IBFlash team on viral content ideas and social media growth initiatives
Help improve content retention, engagement, and overall media quality
Stay current on editing trends, formats, and social media best practices
Qualification
Required
Interest in social media, startups, finance, creator economy, or digital media
Familiarity with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar editing software
Understanding of TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social-first editing styles
Strong creative instincts and attention to pacing/retention
Self-starter mentality with strong execution skills
