Responsibilities
Receive strategic direction from executive leadership as to the themes, volume, and creative type that is needed (angles/consumer insights/messaging and the channel priorities)
Personally generate and prototype creative concepts using AI tools — images, video, copy, motion, voice. You are the hands on the keyboard. You are not briefing someone else to do this for you
Curate and select the best concepts using strong taste and judgment. Kill 80% of what you make. Ship the 20% that earns its place
Hand off to our design and editing team for finishing — final polish, brand application, format adaptation, motion work, sound design. You write the brief and stay close until launch
Coordinate with media buying and channel teams (Meta, YT, Applovin, Amazon halo, retention/email, etc.) to get the work in market on time and in the right context
Measure performance rigorously alongside our head of ecommerce. Read the data. Iterate. Build a creative testing cadence that compounds learning
Repeat — at a pace of dozens of concepts per week across channels
Digital creative output: All paid social creative for Meta, Applovin, TikTok, YouTube, and other performance channels. In some instances you would be relying on partners to ship creative (i.e partnership and TikTok affiliates) and in others you are leading the charge to get it made
Creative testing strategy: The hypothesis tree, the test calendar, the post-test learnings doc
Creative performance metrics: New customer CPA, ROAS by creative, hook rate, hold rate, thumbstop, CTR, conversion lift
AI production pipeline: The tools, prompts, workflows, and asset libraries that let our team operate at AI-enabled velocity without sacrificing taste
The handoff layer: Clear, opinionated briefs to design/editing; clean asset packages to media buyers; tight feedback loops with channel owners
Qualification
Required
5+ years in creative or marketing roles and 2+ years in roles leveraging technology/AI
A portfolio of AI-assisted creative work
Strong opinions about how to balance what makes a brand unique vs. hook construction, the first three seconds of video, scroll-stopping imagery, and what makes a static earn its slot
Experience working inside a brand-led organization where the creative bar is high — you understand that performance and brand are not in conflict
Preferred
You can show us 10 pieces of creative you personally made
You have strong creative instincts and can thoughtfully articulate why something feels effective or why it may need refinement
You are comfortable taking a strategic direction and running with it independently, while staying aligned with the broader vision of the brand
You are comfortable balancing creative thinking with performance-minded decision making, from storytelling and hooks to metrics and customer acquisition
You move with urgency, take initiative, and are excited by fast-paced environments where ideas quickly become reality
You are collaborative and adaptable, able to iterate quickly and evolve creative based on feedback, testing, or new information
You are highly fluent in modern AI creative tools and workflows, using them as an integrated part of the creative process rather than a side experiment
AI Fluency in SOME but not all tools — The Non-Negotiable
You should be able to walk us through your current AI creative stack, the workflows you've built, and the work you've shipped using it
