Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating and executing product initiatives that support the Sexcel & IntelliGen product lines, including timelines, cross‑functional updates, and tactical deliverables
Support the Product Line Manager by gathering business requirements, tracking innovation needs, and maintaining updated documentation
Monitor competitor activity, customer needs, and market trends; summarize insights and develop dashboards to support product strategy
Create and maintain communication materials, selling tools, and product resources
Support product life‑cycle analysis, including data collection, reporting, and financial insights
Build strong collaborative relationships across R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other internal partners
Contribute to broader PLM activities as needed based on business priorities and workload
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Animal Science, Biology, Marketing, or related field
2–5 years of relevant experience required
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to turn data into actionable insights
Excellent communication skills with experience working cross‑functionally
Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced and evolving environment
Preferred
5–7 years of relevant experience preferred
Experience in agriculture, genetics, or biotechnology is beneficial
