Responsibilities
Preparation of ad hoc investor capital calls and distribution notices
Quarterly investor reporting
Quarterly and ad hoc supplementary reporting
Quarterly investor portal data import/validation
Data attribution projects
Other ad hoc projects and related responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate Senior or Graduate First-Year with a degree focus in Accounting, Finance, or Data Analytics (GPA 3.0 or above)
Highly proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
Familiarity with or exposure to automation and data tools
Superior organization and attention to detail, placing a high priority on accuracy
Demonstrates initiative and strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize assignments to meet numerous deadlines and work in a fast paced, changing environment
Strong analytical and communication skills and ability to interface with all levels of internal employees
Exceptional decision making and problem-solving skills with the ability to research solutions and suggest resolutions
Genuine curiosity for how technology can enhance financial reporting processes and outcomes
Available for work 40 hours/week on-site in San Antonio from June 7, 2027 - August 13, 2027
