Contract Administrator

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to support the coordination and management of provider contracts that directly impact patient care. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring contracts are processed accurately, tracked effectively, and aligned across teams helping providers deliver essential services to vulnerable communities.
Human Resources

Responsibilities

Review, organize, and upload contract documents into internal systems (drafting support, redlines, version control, routing for signature, tracking execution)
Track key contract dates, renewals, and milestones
Manage and triage incoming contract-related communications
Partner cross-functionally with teams like Legal, Credentialing, and Provider Relations
Support reporting and process improvements related to contract management

Required

3+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting working with contracts, credentialing, provider relations, or insurance processes
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Organized, proactive, and communicative

Preferred

Understanding of healthcare reimbursement models (fee-for-service, etc.)
Experience supporting contract lifecycle processes
