Senior ML Engineer
HCA Healthcare is seeking a Senior ML Ops Engineer who will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between data science and engineering. The role involves leading a team to implement best practices in ML Ops, ensuring the deployment and scalability of machine learning models, and accelerating AI-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities
Design and implement robust ML Ops pipelines to automate model training, deployment, monitoring, and management
Lead and mentor a team of ML Ops Engineers, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning
Collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to ensure models are production-ready, scalable, and maintainable
Develop strategies for model versioning, testing, and deployment to facilitate a seamless and efficient development lifecycle
Monitor model performance and data drift, implementing automated alerts and processes for model retraining and optimization
Stay at the forefront of ML Ops trends, tools, and technologies, integrating new approaches to enhance our ML operations and infrastructure
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI or related field
4+ years of experience in computer science, engineering or related technical field
1+ years of experience in ML Ops, DevOps, or DataOps initiatives, with a solid understanding of machine learning model lifecycle management
Expertise in software engineering best practices, including CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor team members and collaborate effectively across functions
