Responsibilities
Lead execution of large-scale material handling and automation projects end-to-end
Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Act as the primary client contact, ensuring strong communication and relationship management
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and installation teams to ensure seamless delivery
Manage subcontractors and vendor partners to align with project goals
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
Oversee financial performance, including forecasting, cost control, and margin management
Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
Manage change orders, scope adjustments, and commercial discussions
Provide executive-level reporting and updates to internal and external stakeholders
Mentor junior team members and support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
7–10 years of project management experience within material handling, industrial automation, or related sectors
Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects ($1M+ preferred)
Strong understanding of systems such as conveyors, AS/RS, sortation, or warehouse automation
Excellent client-facing, leadership, and communication skills
Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)
Preferred
PMP certification (or equivalent) is strongly preferred
