Responsibilities
Design and develop instructional materials including ILT, VILT, eLearning (WBT), videos, and job aids
Convert existing training content into updated, learner-friendly formats
Apply strong technical writing and visual design principles to learning materials
Work within established templates and style guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align deliverables with learning goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
Minimum 5+ years of instructional design experience
Strong background in Technical writing
Strong background in Course conversion and redevelopment
Strong background in Multimedia-based learning design
Strong background in Authoring tools and web-based training development
Strong background in Visual design for learning content
Advanced Microsoft Word (styles, tables, templates, headers/footers, macros)
Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint (slide masters, layouts, visual design, layering, macros)
Microsoft Excel (data handling, formatting, filtering)
