Account Manager
InTune Marketing is a fast-growing AI-powered digital marketing agency that helps small and medium-sized businesses grow smarter. They are looking for a Sales Development Representative / Account Manager who will build relationships, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction while leveraging innovative marketing and AI tools.

Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify potential clients through email, phone, and social media outreach
Conduct discovery calls to identify marketing needs and present InTune’s solutions
Close new client accounts across local SEO, AI chat, PPC, and social media services
Oversee onboarding and ensure client satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with internal creative, SEO, and tech teams to deliver results
Maintain accurate CRM data and provide reporting on KPIs and client performance
Qualification
Required
Entrepreneurial, driven, and results-oriented
Experience in sales, account management, or marketing (agency experience a plus)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with CRM systems (Vendasta, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar)
Passion for technology, AI, and digital marketing innovation

75% Commission on all client setup or onboarding fees (paid after client funds clear)
10–15% Commission on all monthly recurring revenue (MRR) from managed accounts
+5% Accelerator Bonus once you exceed $15K/month in managed MRR
Partner Track Eligibility: Earn up to 3% phantom equity after hitting growth and retention milestones
Average first-year earnings: $80K–$120K+ (uncapped)
