Responsibilities
Review and analyze contracts for influencer agreements, brand collaborations, and sponsorships
Ensure legal compliance and protect the interests of our clients and company
Draft and modify contract templates
Flag non-standard or problematic language for escalation
Maintain contract records and ensure proper documentation
Collaborate with internal teams and clients on legal matters
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of contract law and experience in contract review
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
Preferred
Paralegal certification or relevant legal education preferred
2+ years paralegal, legal assistant, or contract review experience preferred
Experience in entertainment, marketing, or influencer management is a plus
