Responsibilities
Work with a multidisciplinary team to conceptualize and develop design solutions that redefine how brands build, optimize, and personalize digital experiences
Translate complex product and workflow challenges into intuitive user experiences and polished interface designs
Create compelling design narratives through sketches, wireframes, storyboards, and high-fidelity mockups
Design, build, and test interactive prototypes to support rapid iteration and validation
Leverage AI-assisted design and prototyping tools such as Cursor or similar platforms to accelerate workflows and concept development
Ensure visual language and interaction patterns align with Adobe’s design systems and enterprise UX standards
Partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers throughout the product lifecycle
Advocate for the end user while balancing technical feasibility and business objectives
Contribute to the evolution of enterprise workflows powered by AI within Adobe Experience Cloud
Qualification
Required
3+ years of product design experience delivering enterprise and/or consumer-facing digital products
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work and problem-solving ability
Ability to simplify complex workflows into scalable and user-friendly experiences
Experience collaborating within agile product and engineering environments
Strong visual design, interaction design, and prototyping skills
Experience using Figma for UI/UX design and collaboration
Experience using AI-assisted prototyping or workflow tools such as Cursor or similar platforms
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or equivalent practical experience
