Proficiency in Budgeting to allocate resources efficiently and achieve financial targets
A strong focus on Customer Service to maintain and improve client satisfaction
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and remotely
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
Preferred
Experience in real estate or property management operations is advantageous
