Responsibilities

Assist in developing dashboards, reports, and automation tools to improve visibility and performance monitoring
Support data collection, validation, and governance to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms
Collaborate with Continuous Improvement experts and change agents to implement process optimization initiatives
Contribute to predictive and prescriptive analytics projects, leveraging data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Assist in building models for cost optimization and productivity analysis
Provide support for enterprise-wide CI and analytics initiatives, including automation pilots and digital enablement programs

Required

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Analytics, or a related field
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred

Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology is a plus, but not required
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and basic programming (Python, SQL) is desirable
