Responsibilities

Support integrated marketing initiatives across agency marketing, social media, website content, email marketing and new business efforts

Help manage and update CRM and marketing databases

Conduct research, tracking and reporting for marketing projects, campaigns, and new business pitches

Work within our social media management platform and assist with content creation, caption writing, scheduling and performance tracking

Support development of marketing materials including emails, presentations, case studies, award submissions and website content

Required

College student or recent grad

Sharp written and verbal communication with an eagle eye for grammar, accuracy and detail

Highly resourceful and organized with the ability to meet deadlines

Effective interpersonal skills, results-oriented, persistent

Tech savvy and embraces AI thoughtfully

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

Preferred

Previous internship or hands-on experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing or a related field strongly preferred

Experience in HubSpot, WordPress, social media management tools, or email marketing platforms is a plus
