Responsibilities
Serve as the system owner and primary administrator for Workday Adaptive Planning, including architecture, metadata, security, and governance
Design and maintain complex financial models, dashboards, and reporting to support company-wide planning and analysis
Own and enhance budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the organization
Develop scalable self-service reporting and analytics capabilities for finance leadership and executive stakeholders
Define and maintain financial planning system architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and data integrity
Manage system configuration and integrations, including calculated accounts, versions, security, and data pipelines
Develop and execute the FP&A planning technology roadmap, driving automation, enhancements, and continuous improvement
Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Accounting, Development, Operations, IT, and data teams to deliver scalable system solutions
Lead user enablement, documentation, training, and ongoing system support to ensure strong adoption and performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of experience in financial systems, FP&A systems administration, or finance technology roles
3+ years of hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning experience, including model design, reporting, dashboards, security, and data integrations
Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
Experience managing financial systems governance, data integrity, and model accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a high attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
Proven ability to collaborate across finance, operations, and technology teams
Preferred
Experience in renewable energy, private equity, or similar capital-intensive investment environments
