Responsibilities
Supporting Wave Welcome’s product development teams
Assisting with IT service requests and break/fix tickets for Wave Welcome’s client-base
Researching current cybersecurity trends and making suggestions for improving Wave Welcome’s current risk management framework
Collaborating with the marketing and product teams to develop and implement effective social media campaigns that increase awareness of PerVista and drive user acquisition
Creating engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Monitoring and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools and providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance
Staying up-to-date with the latest digital media trends and incorporating them into PerVista's social media strategy
Assisting in the creation and curation of digital assets such as graphics, videos, and blog posts to support marketing initiatives
Participating in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for content and campaigns
Qualification
Required
Currently studying IT, cybersecurity, or a related field
Working knowledge of IT and cybersecurity best practices
Proficient in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro)
Excellent communication skills
Pleasant attitude, self-starter, and ability to demonstrate professionalism in a corporate work setting
Highly creative, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Passionate about technology, cybersecurity, digital marketing, and staying informed about industry trends
Preferred
Demonstrated working knowledge of IT & cybersecurity or completed equivalent coursework
Previous on-campus work and/or internship experience in IT and/or cybersecurity
