Marketing Event Coordination
Support planning and execution of internal and external marketing events
Assist with logistics, materials, and vendor coordination
Sales Support
Help prepare presentations, marketing collateral, and client-facing materials
Partner with sales enablement on campaign creation, follow-up and tracking
AI & Content Support
Utilize Microsoft Copilot AI tools to generate content ideas and improve workflows
Proofreading & Content Quality
Review and edit marketing materials for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency
Creative Business Solutions
Contribute ideas to improve marketing effectiveness and engagement
Project Management
Assist in tracking deadlines, managing tasks, and supporting campaign execution
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Sales
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with AI tools, specifically Microsoft Copilot
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong writing and proofreading abilities
Organized with strong attention to detail
