Responsibilities
Work with other senior leaders to mentor and grow a team of investigative professionals
Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on quality, innovation, and client service
Support internal knowledge sharing, training, and professional development initiatives
Oversee and execute complex, forensic accounting, investigations and expert witness engagements
Guide the development of client deliverables including reports, presentations, and data visualizations
Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and strategic insight
Expand your book of business and contribute to the growth of the Complex Accounting & Litigation Practice
Work with other leaders to develop and implement go-to-market strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Build and maintain relationships with law firms, financial institutions, and corporate clients
Represent J.S. Held at industry events, conferences, and client engagements
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in investigative consulting, audit or forensic advisory roles
Proven leadership experience with a focus on team development and client delivery
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex findings into clear, actionable insights
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Preferred
Experience working across jurisdictions and regulatory environments
Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management
