InternROXON is a fast-growing outdoor and EDC brand specializing in innovative modular multitools. They are seeking a highly motivated Creator & Affiliate Marketing Intern to assist in expanding influencer, affiliate, and community marketing efforts in the U.S. market.

Responsibilities
Research and identify creators across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
Build and maintain creator databases
Reach out to creators and influencers via email, social media, and affiliate platforms
Manage communication and follow-ups with creators
Coordinate product seeding and sample shipments
Support affiliate recruitment and onboarding
Track affiliate performance and campaign results
Help manage affiliate links, discount codes, and reporting
Assist in expanding ROXON’s affiliate partner network
Collect and organize creator-generated content
Help identify high-performing UGC and creator videos
Support social media and community engagement initiatives
Monitor creator content performance and audience feedback
Track outreach, creator engagement, and campaign performance
Maintain weekly reporting dashboards
Analyze creator performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
Assist with trade show preparation and creator coordination
Support event content collection and post-event follow-up
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data
Strong internet research skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred
Experience with influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, or social media
Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and online communities
Interest in EDC, outdoor gear, tools, camping, DIY, or related hobbies
Experience with Shopify, affiliate platforms, or CRM tools is a plus
