Sr. Manager, Product Management
Oracle is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Product Management to lead the Enterprise Engineering Services product management organization. In this role, you will manage a team of product managers, driving alignment between product strategies and organizational objectives while ensuring the delivery of measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and scale a team of 8+ product managers across multiple product areas within Enterprise Engineering Services
Set team direction and ensure individual PM roadmaps align to EES strategy, OCI priorities, and Oracle's enterprise security objectives
Establish and maintain rigorous PM practices across the team — including requirements definition, roadmap management, OKR setting, metrics tracking, and stakeholder communication standards
Partner with engineering and architecture leadership to ensure the EES product portfolio is technically sound, scalable, and delivering against commitments
Serve as the senior PM voice in executive and cross-functional forums, representing EES product priorities to OCI leadership and internal stakeholders
Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders across HR, legal, compliance, security, and business units to synthesize competing needs into coherent product strategies
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, customer empathy, and data-informed decision making across the PM team
Identify and close capability gaps through hiring, mentorship, structured onboarding, and ongoing coaching and development
Establish clear KPIs and success metrics for each product area; hold the team accountable to measurable adoption, reliability, and user satisfaction outcomes
Manage cross-product dependencies and tradeoffs at the portfolio level, ensuring coherent roadmap sequencing and resource allocation
Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress effectively to all audiences — from engineering teams to senior OCI leadership
Qualification
Required
Experience in leading and managing a team of product managers
Ability to drive alignment between individual product strategies and broader organizational objectives
Strong executive presence and exceptional stakeholder management skills
Experience operating effectively in a matrixed organization
Ability to partner closely with engineering, security, legal, compliance, and senior executives
Experience in establishing and maintaining rigorous product management practices
Ability to communicate product vision, strategy, and progress effectively to all audiences
Experience in building trusted relationships with internal stakeholders
Ability to drive a culture of continuous improvement and data-informed decision making
Experience in identifying and closing capability gaps through hiring and mentorship
Ability to establish clear KPIs and success metrics for product areas
Experience in managing cross-product dependencies and tradeoffs

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
